Preparation

Your journey starts here

Good preparation is essential for a deep and safe experience. By cleansing your body and calming your mind, you create the optimal conditions for your process. Take your time—what you do beforehand supports the work you undertake during the ceremony.

1 - 2 weeks ahead of your ceremony

Steps for an optimal preparation

  1. 1Begin the diet one to two weeks before the ceremony.
  2. 2Limit screen time, external stimuli, and alcohol; spend time in nature.
  3. 3Reflect on your intention: what do you want to face, and what is asking to be healed?
  4. 4Prioritize good sleep and gentle movement, such as walking, yoga, or breathwork.
  5. 5Drink plenty of water and herbal tea to support your body.

inner work

Setting your intention

A ceremony is not something to consume, but an encounter. By clarifying your intention beforehand, you give direction to the work. Write down what you long for, what you want to let go of, and what you want to explore. Keep it simple and honest; one sentence is often enough.
