What data do we collect?
When you register for a ceremony or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone number, date of birth, medical information, and your intention. For webshop orders, also your shipping address.
What do we use it for?
Exclusively to prepare you safely, organize your participation, and process your order. We do not share your data with third parties except where strictly necessary (e.g. payment and shipping partners).
Retention period
Medical intake data is retained for a maximum of 24 months after your last participation; after that, it is erased. Order data is retained as long as legally required for tax purposes (7 years).
Your rights
You have the right to inspect, correct, or request the deletion of your data. To do so, send an email to info@fincabeijaflor.nl.
