How do I prepare for a ceremony?

Follow the diet 1 to 2 weeks before the ceremony and set your intention. All details can be found on our diet guidelines page.
What should I bring?

You will receive a complete checklist after your registration and intake. The basics: warm layers, comfortable clothing, a blanket, and an open heart.
Is it safe?

Yes — provided you follow the preparation and medication guidelines. We work with experienced facilitators in small groups with personal attention.
Can I cancel?

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 14 days before the ceremony. After that, please contact us directly so we can look at a solution together.
